I plan to used my Caron Cotton Cake on the rigid heddle loom. I just warped on a Caron Cake to make my daughter a scarf. It was a challenge, because the acrylic fibers stick together. I know the cotton will be different. So, wish me luck on this project.

Michaels has stated on their social media that this yarn will be back next spring. Other than that, we have no official way to know their plans.

Help! I’m going to make a chevron pattern cardigan cal and it calls for 3 colors. I want to use the beachglass but what on earth would come close to the texture of the cotton cake? Hmmm

I would really really really love to be able to get 6 Caron Cotton Cakes Rose Whisper but I am in Australia & they aren’t available here yet. Any idea how I could get them with not to expensive postage. Thanks will be forever grateful if this could happen. Michael’s don’t send to Australia which is such a shame

Could these be used along with either the original cakes or the baby cakes?

I don’t think so, the cotton is a much thinner yarn. I absolutely love it!

An avid learner of your Tutorials. I currently reside in Australia. How/ Where could I possibly purchase the Caron Cakes line of fine yarns. There are no stockists here. Thank you for your time.
