Lily Sugar'n Cream and Bernat Handicrafter are both made by Yarnspirations. Lily is mostly available in the USA, whereas Handicrafter is available in Canada. Today's pattern, the yarn recommended in the pattern is for Lily Sugar'n Cream.

Can I use acrylic yarn to make the market/beach bag.

Acrylic isn't as strong and will super stretch. I wouldn't recommend it.
