Gentle Waves Baby Blanket

When I looked at the color of this yarn, the first thing I was remind of was the gentle waves of the ocean.  So I had to crochet a blanket to represent the yarn.  I love a soft rippling blanket and this one will be perfect to wrap around a newborn baby.

The Caron Chunky Cakes is a soft 100% acrylic #6 weight yarn.  I only needed 2 Cakes to crochet this 28″ x 35″ blanket.  The multiple is 8 + 4 if you would like to adjust the size to a bigger afghan.
