This crochet skirt is done with the waterfall stitch. This is the Graphic Waterfall Crochet Skirt—sized adult XS to 5XL. This is a popular stitch right now and makes graphic work pretty easy.
This is using Caron Simply Soft O'Go in the colour combination of Blue / Soft Pink. The number of o'gos required for the different sizes is on the pattern itself.
The pattern includes crochet diagrams to make it easier to follow. The waist band, done at the end has a tie for a better fit to wear.
Below is a demonstration of the waterfall stitch of Waterfall 2, 3, 4 and 5. Waterfall 6 is the skirt which isn't demonstrated by if you examine how this is done, you can see you will just need to wrap one additional time for an additional row below for waterfall 6.
