Check out this whimsical Crochet Checkers and Mushroom Bag. Pretty unusual and generous to hold a crochet bag. Life is too short to be the same as everyone else.
This is done in tapestry crochet techniques that partially hide the colour to form the checkers you see. The mushroom is done as a motif, in the end, to add on. If you don't enjoy the mushroom, don't do it. You are the artist to decide what you prefer.
This bag uses Red Heart Super Saver in four different colours.
