Crochet Double Cable Headband

Keep your ears warm with this Double Cable Headband - Ear Warmer! I used Bernat Happy Holidays Yarn that comes in a 3.5 oz / 100 g ball and a size 5mm hook. OOooh, it's been more than chilly these past few days.  And with the wind, you can imagine a bad earache. So, you do what any crocheter does - you fix it. You make it go- you make it work, with or without a pattern.  Sometimes you just don't know where to start! All you really need is an inspiration.

This pattern belongs to Yarnspirations. I just really trimmed the pattern down to what I wanted in an Ear Warmer or Headband -  oh and Cables would be nice, and maybe something for the Holidays?

I used this great pattern from Yarnspirations called the Slouchy Cardigan, isn't it gorgeous?  I just skipped everything in the pattern and went right to the Cable Panel in the instructions and stopped at 18 inches for an adult woman's size. Then I at approximately 18 inches or a bit more - Put the right sides together and slip stitch the edges together. If you want you can add single crochet - ch1 around both edges of the headband.
