The Crochet Thread Crown is really a unique artistic approach to crochet crowns. Designed by Amy Shelton. In person, it's spectacular. 

I had the privilege to see this in person many years ago. It stands just like you see on the model with blocking through giving it a good solid spray with starch. 

The question would be is this royalty or is this like Glinda's Good Witch Crown? It's really neat. 

It borderlines are easy to intermediate level here. It's something you can reuse for special occasions.
