Using your 100% cotton, you can crochet this Nubby Crochet Scrubby. The project consists of making a flat circle using only the back loops. This exposes the front loops to apply the ‘nubby look’ to the surface.

Each front loop has its own nubby. It densely compacts the scrubby for your dish cleaning pleasure, if there is ever such as thing.

Using your Lily Sugar’n Cream or Bernat Handicrafter, be sure to only use 100% cotton in your kitchen. Cotton will hold up the activities in the kitchen and will dry way faster than acrylic or animal blend fibres.

Use the tutorial below if you need extra help.

Mikey, aka Michael Sellick, of The Crochet Crowd, started this online journey back in 2008. A mere hobby in trying to reach out to others as he was mentally struggling with his own issues. His goal was simple, find others in the yarn communities, like him, that have a common interest.

The journey and main baby of the whole idea started with a YouTube Channel and then in 2011, an official website was developed. Michael is not only the face of The Crochet Crowd but also the working engine behind the crowd in self-taught programming, social media and so much more.

Enjoy the stitching journey. Life is short, enjoy this wonderful hobby and all of the learning opportunities that come with it.

Found this while looking for pot scrubby. Made this one round smaller, (4 rnds/3 rnds) and my daughter uses it to wash her face, really works well in helping to remove the make up.
