The Delicate Shells Crochet Shawl uses Red Heart It's A Wrap yarn. This beautiful acrylic/cotton yarn comes in 8 designer colorways. Designed by Lisa Gentry.
Each colour blends gently into the next, creating a stunning fabric that attracts "You made that!?" compliments. The soft cotton blend drapes beautifully around the shoulders, with the final project measuring 66" long and 15" wide.
My version was completed with the same yarn but with a different colourway. The colour is called Parfait.
For this project's warmer, bulkier version, a clever crafter could make it out of medium-weight yarn & hook size. Red Heart has guidelines on How to Create an Ombre from solid and multi-coloured yarn.
