Could you please clarify ‘Finish: Off with 2 SC in a row’ is that 2sc in each stitch all the way around?
This is the final round of the hat.
I’ve completed the hat under this assumption, but the brim is hella wavey and doesn’t lie flat like in your picture.

I am enjoying one of these hats right now, a nice design. May i offer an idea II used on mine; a row of reverse single crochet around the edge holds it in shape and gives it a picot edge.

Do you find that this hat might get really hot in the summer due to the acrylic nature of the yarn? What would be a good alternative to acrylic? We get up to 40C+ in the summer & I have some of this Mosaic yarn but I’m worried I’ll cook my brains 😉
