    Crochet Tasseled Pillow

The Crochet Tasseled Pillow uses Caron Cotton Cakes for this heavily textured pillow design. It measures 12" x 16" in total.

There is a crochet diagram available to you and the pillow crochets across the shorter side. When looking at the photo, you crochet from right to left.

Even if you are not a Tassel fan, I still think the texture is fabulous. on this. There is a front and back panel. When you get the second panel down, you will crochet around the panel crocheting the other panel with it. No sewing involved.

      Hi Mikey,
Just a follow up to my previous comment. I wasn't trying to be "blunt"... It was just MHO to the yarn and trying to provide another work around suggestion to the problem of the project "growing" in the Lattice section of the pattern instead of changing hook sizes. I've finished the pillow and it turned out very lovely!!! Pics & notes should be linked to the pattern through Ravelry if anyone is interested. ? ? ? ? ?

I also wanted to thank you for the video you posted for this project as it helped to clarify the Hdcbp, Hdcfp & Trfp stitches. In the written pattern, it states to do these stitches through the back loop (bp) or front loop (fp) instead of around the post... as both you and I actually did.

I think the main reason the pattern "grows" in the lattice section is because the first part of the pattern is based on 67 stitches whereas the lattice section is based on 68 stitches. Trying to work it now based on 67 stitches throughout but may need to frog it back! Was also disappointed with the suggested yarn as there is a lot of colors bleeding into each other... Not as clean looking in color change as pic suggests. I got 3/4 of the way done for one side and decided to try a different yarn (still a Caron Cake.... Just not the Cotton) and it seems the color changes are much nicer.

Thank you for your blunt feedback. It's noted.
