This was designed by Daniel Zondervan, aka Diva Dan. It was the first attempt for Mikey to try this concept and to understand it. Mikey followed a video tutorial provided by Yarnspirations and it went way too quickly.
So the video below took an original 7 minute tutorial by Yarnspirations and stretched it out to 30 minutes. You will see him slowly moving and holding positions.
