Launching Boxing Day (December 26, 2024) is the annual stitch-along designed by Jeanne Steinhiber. Inspired By Grace Crochet Blanket is a stitch sampler that offers a lot of stitching texture.
Due to its complexity, this design is a square blanket, and there are no plans to change it to a rectangle or a circle. Jeanne crocheted two version of this blanket to show you what it could look like if you change it from Caron One Pound to Caron Colorama Halo yarn.
Preparing for the Stitch Along
Caron One Pound (453.6 g/16 oz, 742 meters/812 yards)
- Color A - Soft Gray 4 balls
Size U.S. I/9 / 5.5 mm crochet hook.
Caron One Pound Gauge 13 dc x 6 rows = 4”.
Measurements Approx 62” square [157 cm].

Caron Colorama Halo Perfect Phasing (227 g/8 oz, 440 m/481 yds)
- Color A - Sea & Sky 6 balls
The finished size is 52” square. A gauge is not provided for this version. Use the same crochet hook size.
