I saw it and I turned my head on its side to look at the project and thought, can that actually be done that way? It literally checks my boxes off curiosity. CHECK CHECK CHECK and CHECK!
I have the working notes on how it was done but I haven't taken a deep dive yet but this one is going to have many people saying "wha. wha... how did you do that?"
Once this incredible design is released, I bet it's going to capture the imagination and people are going to say... What's that pattern!?
Videos will be soon made for this as the clock counts down for later into spring. Once we have more details to share, I will do that! Don't forget about me. I cannot wait to dive into this bad boy! It has me squealing in my chair here. It's yummy!

Mikey, Week 2 the written words don't match the charts for the beginning dcs and ending dcs in rows 7, 8, 9 & 10. The charts are correct, the written needs updating.
Mikey says
Yes, it does. We are working diligently behind the scenes. Another revision should be coming out soon. Weeks 3 and 4 need a small rewrite in several sections. The diagrams are correct.
Elaine Parker says
Mikey. There are 2 typos in Week 2 3rd row. It should start withbch3, udc in each of next 2, not 3. At yhe end, it should be DC in each of last 4 not 3.
Mikey says
I have forwarded both of your comments to the designer for consideration. See what she says. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

I found a few more, week 2 round 11 should start with ch1, 1 sc in each of first 2 DC instead of 3 and end with to last 3 DC instead of 2 so that you sc in last 3 dcs. Week 3 row 2 starts with ch3 I DC in each of next 3sc but should read 3dc.
Mikey says
Week 2 is being completely redone in all instructions. This is the new changes that will be happening:
1st row: (RS). With MC, ch 3. 1 dc in next sc. *Ch 3. Skip next 3 sc. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. Rep from * to last 3 sc. 1 dc in each of last 3 sc. Turn.
2nd row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 4 dc. *Ch 3. Skip next dc and 2 ch. 1 dc in next ch. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. Rep from * to end of row. Turn.
3rd row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. 1 dc in next ch. *Ch 3. Skip next 2 ch and dc. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. 1 dc in next ch. Rep from * , ending with: Ch 3. Skip next 2 ch and dc. 1 dc in each of last 4 dc. Turn.
4th row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. *Ch 3. Skip next dc and 2 ch. 1 dc in next ch. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. Rep from * to last 2 dc. 1 dc in each of last 2 dc. Join B. Turn.
7th row: With B, ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 4 sc. *Ch 3. Skip next 3 sc. 1 dc in each of next 3 sc. Rep from *, ending with: skip next 3 sc. 1 dc in each of last 3 sc. Turn.
8th row: Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. *1 dc in next ch. *Ch 3. Skip next 2 ch and dc. 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. Rep from * to last 2 dc. 1 dc in each of last 2 dc. Turn.

Hi Mikey,
I love this pattern and just got started yesterday. I noticed some issues with the pattern.
1. The gauge is in sc but the pattern is in dc.
2. When calculating finished size using the stitch count and gauge, the size does not match what 8s listed in the pattern.
3. The very first photo seems wrong. The group of dc on the right has 6dc and should only have 5. The group of dc in the middle only has 4 and should be 5.
Mikey says
Are you talking about blue sample in the write up about the stitch? Showing a sample of how the stitch is accomplished?
Mikey says
I think I understand what you are referring to. I have contacted Yarspirations with your concerns. They do the behind the scenes lifting with the JOANN stitch along.
