Ultra Thick Big Basket Weave Velvet Crochet Blanket + Tutorial

The Crochet Ultra Thick Plush Basket Weave Blanket has more detail than you can actually see clearly in the pattern. It's framed.

I didn't clue in from the photograph that the edges are basketweave only and the entire middle of the blanket is half double crochet to flatten it off.

There are two sets of repeating inside this blanket as we start off with solid basket weaving and then switch after the first time through. The repeating is pretty easy.

To change the size of this blanket or use a different yarn, you can do the multiple of 6 ch + 7.
