It's a new year of crochet stitch-alongs with exciting new skill-building opportunities. What's coming ahead? Almost the entire year is unknown, but as plans materialize, this article will be updated with more details.
Remember, the point of stitch-along is not a race but a stitching journey together as a community. Don't get hung up on speed, as speed isn't everything. It's how you feel when you crochet.
JOANN Spring Stitch Along
Our 9th annual spring stitch along with JOANN. It's the Aqua Blossoms Hexi Blanket using the limited-time Caron Jumbo Twirl.
Yarnspirations Summer Stitch Along
As always, there will be a summer stitch-along with our friends at Yarnspirations. I haven't designed it yet, and I'm unsure how to approach it. After the past several stitch-alongs, maybe it's time for a round or even a rectangle stitch-along.
I'm open to ideas for possible several-part tutorials for a stitch-along for 2024. Leave me a comment below in this blog if you have any ideas.

Will there be a Winter 2024/2025 stitch a long? Like the Boxing Day previous stitch a longs? If so, when will information be provided as to pattern, yarn, etc? Thank you so much! I really enjoy doing your stitch a longs. Mikey - you are the BEST teacher! Appreciate you!

I know it’s spring now however in preparation for spring 2025 perhaps we can do a spring theme, new growth, new beginnings concept. Flowers, animals, leaves on trees, rain. All things I think of as spring. You’re the brainiac for the wonderful creativity that empowers all of us to these amazing study of…. Afghans. Thank you for always guiding us on the amazing creations with our hooks and fibers. I have excelled at this craft because of your teaching styles and creativity Mikey!

The spring stitch alongs are controlled by Yarnspirations. You could always email them. They are working on Spring now actually for 2025. They work that far in advance. I don't have any control on that but they listen to the customers if you are wanting this. They do take it into consideration.

I hope this is ok to post. Just wanted to say thank you for all you do. I have an idea for a pattern/CAL/stash busting. I have a rather larger stash of yarn and a king size bed. After doing some research I have decided to use the summer blues pattern and the texture world pattern as a start to gobble up some of my yarn. I have scaled it down and adjusted gauge to work. Ill may add a few other patterns as I go and then eventually repeat the patterns. Please use this idea as wanted as the patterns I am working from are yours.
