I recently discovered that women's shelters enjoy receiving these shawls as donations. The women tend to arrive with nearly nothing, and they can be offered a pretty and blessed shawl to wrap up in to comfort them.
For some, Easter is a time to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. For many, a prayer shawl gives comfort and warmth during personal sorrow or remembrance of others.
For some, it's a fashion accessory to spruce up the wardrobe. Either way, a shawl is a great project for many crocheters, whether for charity, gift giving, or something ideal for yourself.

Love all the shawls but am looking for red one shown on Pinterest if anyone can help me find the pattern or name.

I am not sure which shawl you may have seen. I have been trying to think of ones we have that are red in the photo.
I know Pinterest is having issues with links for some posts. But is there a way you could comment on that 📌 pin? It might help us put together which shawl you are looking for.
